This is a news to me. My mortgage broker didn't mention anything like this and I am going for Land+Construction loan without council approval.

Update: All boxes have been ticked with council. The subdivision certificate should be issued to me by Monday so we can lodge with land titles. Joel

We have decided to go with Choc Tan. This is an upgrade. Will get the cost during our color selection scheduled first week of March.

We r planning to employ an independent inspector as well even though Eden brea employs independent inspectors. In fact when we checked with EBH if they would allow independent inspectors…

We are most likely to go with EBH. Yes, Frosted windows are upgrades.

I had the same doubt about powerlines. I guess even Cranbourne is ~100m from the power line (measured with speedometer).
