Got our weekly update from the SS, roof to be fully capped by Saturday.
Doors and windows delivered on Friday and installed on Monday!
Rough ins will all be done on Tuesday…

From experience your start date is booked when you supply your letter of commencement to the builder and this "start date" is generally 7-14 days from the day you pass…

Cheapest I could find in the Gold Coast were NTD Landscaping and Gardening and Elite Fencing Gold Coast who both were charging $65/m for treated pine fencing.
