There are a couple of things in that package that are worthwhile, including the raised ceiling height to 2600mm, and laundry fit out.

Hard to tell from those photos but it looks like 450mm stud walls in the first picture (which is upside down).
But the second picture, it doesn't look like 450mm stud…

Does anyone knows if Rawson Homes uses 450 or 600mm stud walls?
