proposed building pad 54.63 , LPD is 54.23 at curb.
Q1: the furthest DP is ~ 30m to LPD -> this means fall is about 1%…

apparently now he flat contour of the land requires additional fill of 350mm at the cost of $25k for stormwater drainage..

builder suggested filling up the plot ~ 0.5m to achieve gravity drainage?
