I vaguely recall you mentioning this before. I’d say the split crossover was a cost savings measure (that has ultimately cost you more!!)

You probably don’t need curtains? What can you see from the road looking up at the house? Is there much passing traffic anyway?

You’ll have stuff all stamp duty to pay at least as you only have to pay half and it’s only on the land amount not the build too

Just pick kitchen stools that are sturdy enough to stand on. That's how I get to my router and networking/NBN equipment at the top of my pantry!

Are you supposed to have bulkheads above your overhead cabinets? We had to remind our builders about ours as we didn't want the top of the cabinets to be dust…
