During early stages of the construction the progress was good but as soon as the frame was stood up the delays started. Hardly 1 week work is done in one month. We are in end of august now and since May I can say hardly 1 month work is done. As per our contract 30 weeks construction period is completed in mid of July and if I consider rain days and holidays than it should be completed by second week of August but I still can’t get a definitive answer from my site supervisor on work completion. My SS mentioned that for the size (I am building Ambassador 41) of my house 30 weeks is not realistic time frame. Why would wisdom homes put in the contract when it’s not realistic? I have friends who are building even bigger houses and their construction started pretty much along with me and they go their keys last friday. Every time i speak to my site supervisor about the delay he just mention the problem with tradies availability. If Wisdom homes can’t cope up with the productivity they should stop accepting new home constructions. Why accept new work when you can’t complete or coupe up with the existing work. from past three weeks my SS provide me pretty much the same update and i feel like i am haring to a pre-recorded update. Wisdom homes should understand the stress we go through due to the mortgage and other factors related to new home construction. I have raised my concerns with Wisdom general manager and no action taken. He mentioned that he will review my build progress with their construction team and will ensure he will respond to me ASAP with an update. It’s almost 8 weeks gone and still no update from him. My experience with WH is nothing but disappointing since day 1.

We are not at all happy with the progress of our new home construction. They hardly work one week in entire month.
