Just checked, they only have a clause if you're transferring prior to completing the contract. Theres no mention of any clauses if youve resold lot after final settlement with developer.

problem i have is my land was thru Crownland..my neighbours (no contact atm) lot is a resale so not sure what his contract stipulates. All I know is hes building…

if you didnt buy your land thru Crownland..would land contract still show developer controls?

there's a house near mine who put up colorbond. would be good to obtain some official written confirmation from council

my neighbour actually had a meeting with a town planner at Livo Council and was advised he could choose colorbond or timber.

my 2.7m ceilings were an upgrade and i wasnt asked if i wanted to raise internal doors or garage door.
with my garage, ive got a 510mm drop from the kitchen…
