Actually to clarify - the barrier in place is a vapour permeable barrier, then another airtight later will go on.

The build has been modelled by a passive house consultant in PHPP.
There will be a vapour barrier as well.

The windows are tilt and turn windows from Kinzel Industries and the builder is Holder Homes (designed by H4 Living).
So far the experience has been quite positive.

Should probably remember that windows let in and out a lot more heat. You might end up with an uncomfortable house in summer and winter.
