You are better off with render. Bagging is just ugly and looks unfinished in my opinion. If you are gonna cover the brick, might as well cover it completely

In my opinion. that 3k credit is quite low for a 2 balcony. It would be a different story if you would want one constructed in a no-balcony floor plan.…
