It's a tri-level, that suits our block perfectly.
Hotondo were a perfect match for us. Paul (at Chisholm) is one of the true honest people in this business.

We were so close to signing with impact (contract drawn and ready to sign)
But I had a bad gut feeling.
Long story…

Our plans got approved through council last Wednesday (very happy as it was only DA approval and only took 13 days).
Hopefully slab down in 3-4 weeks!
I still hold hope that…

Finally have a DA number with council!
Feels like years since we started.

Jealous of all you people with actual buildings.

We have our plans in council at the moment, and it's stalling a bit (very frustrating).
They keep asking for stuff they already have (bushfire etc).
I just want this thing started.
Me…

Yeah, we approached carnelian.
Funny thing was, there was no real inclusions (or none that they knew of).

Remaining tree got taken down, with stump…

You guys are a lot further along than us, but I am hearing some reports from people about bank valuations lower than loan coming in.
Just wondering if anyone…

Is it just me, or is nearly every second house being built by impact??!!

Hey all,
Just wondering how everyone got rid of their mulch on the block?
Is it just a case of garden rake, or is their another way which I don't know about?
Thanks
