Thanks Beegeers, but putting the fridge there completely blocks the hall leading to the kitchen, so not really a workable option...

Nope, no reason for those handle positions, just that i ticked left or right arbitrarily in B but actualy paid attention in A

I agree that the pantry, oven and fridge all in one corner would be a tight fit, but this is the only way…

Another vote for option 1.
Having a overhang on the bench (for seating) which is mostly taken up by the sink makes the island much less useful i think

Unfortunately the area which is off the boundary (sitting, or your ensuite) needs to be at least 4m long. This is for courncil requirements for boundary…
