I went to GF office today

GF next release Greenwood around 20th July.
300sq = $320k
375sq = $370k
450sq = $410k
Cant believe price went up so fast.

according to GF website, there will be new release call Greenway.
I reckon, it should be cheaper than aurora release.

GF is good. I like it here.
keep in mind, not much land available now, and all future release will be premium land ( aurora ), which is about $50k…

My land has mans hole on it. there is no extra cost. why it cost extra ? all mans hole located at the back, it wont affect your building constructions.

Not just landscaping. you also need to complete the fence as well.
