Lets be practical the Land was overvalued @ auctions for sure...only investors were buying the land... so i am not surprised it sold above the reserve.. they need to jack…

I was at the Gables at the Saturday auction...few observations
- The auction was not as crazy as they have been off late
- Most of the buyers were investor, around 70%…

I would be there.. wont be bidding though.... hope the prices is not raised by much due to bidding..
