Hi :). You mentioned you used Darbecca for the inspection. Do you know what the other Waldorf Grange builders use? Will they only give a inspection report or also recommendations on how to fix defects? What about leasing with PD to get the defects fixed - will they do it? Do you think you can drag them to the tender appointment. I know it sounds ridiculous and funny. But we are non-technical people.Just don't want to be hood-winked.
