Stage 1 subdivision certificate was lodged with council on Friday 1 April, so hopefully not too long for those in stage 1.

It should say on your draft 88B on building area restriction I think. Will depend if u are R2 or E4 and if u go DA or CDC.

Stage 1 will register in the next month or two. But stage 2 site works hasn't even started yet, so no chance to register in the next month or so.
