We had a M/P site classification and the slab was $6910 and we needed piers which were $7508! We also had a similar charge ($3655) for building approval etc…

Do you have vinyl planks or laminate boards? If its laminate the gaps might be expansion joints that they then put scotia beading over the top to allow the boards…

We were told to use the same company that coral used so we had the same company regarding warranties. It was about $18 a metre with a minimum of $180ish.

Making the most of the cooler weather, getting some gardens happening.
