We knew before hand all the builders we spoke to where very upfront with costs we chose the house we wanted. So it cost us.

We payed an extra $90k for ours. We had bushfire and slope. It adds up quite quickly.

We are not in council that I know of yet. Set back with basix will take at least 3 weeks.

We are waiting on ours at the moment and we're given a time frame of 10 weeks from submission to basix to out of council.

We left an $80k leeway for finishing off. However this is for shed window coverings landscaping and upgrades in flooring.

Looking at floor plans hands down if it was me I would go Mantra 28. So much more resale value. No clue about the two builders qualities tho.

Anticon is used in our house due to bushfire rating. You need sarking for a couple of things the condensation, heating and cooling so whirley birds won't help with…
