Yay, it does sound pretty gross but I'm glad you now have a gorgeous white toilet bowl.

Sprinkle a tub of McKenzie's Citric Acid into the bowl and leave for 8-12 hours, give a scrub, flush. Repeat if needed.
This has worked a treat in 3 gross old…
