For anyone thats interested in Corinthian pivot door pricing. Please note, these are sourced from the 2015 catalogue, so no doubt are more expensive now.

The pivot frame and door cost more than $2k retail which is sourced from the Corinthian pricelist.

Pivot doors are extremely expensive even without the PD markup. Its not only the door, but the pivot system, door closer, handles etc which brings you to north of $4,000

Yes it can be done. All our doors throughout are 2340. We raised our garage ceiling height to 2700 and have 2400 car garage doors. Plaza 44 with triple garage.

Plan might be with a standard 2040mm door. Are you running a 2340mm entry door?

Ours are;
Ground 2,162mm above floor level
First floor 5,064mm above floor level.
Our ground…

- Have a horizontal constant width base
- Have a constant longitudinal slope…

Back to class your BC goes....Clearly doesn't know what they offer. The saddest part of all will be that he/she probably won't be new to the business.

I can't justify $140+ for a downlight. From memory…
