After much thought we have decided to go with Metricon for our build.
I’ve signed the contract but haven’t yet been to Studio M.
We are on an acre of land…

I haven’t been to Studio M yet but we are on a budget of about 650-670,000.
My land size is 1 acre (4000 sq m).
And I upgraded the windows…
