Do you reckon if $700 for a simple fencing gate is a reasonable price?
The corner is 1.7 meter therefore 1 meter gate wnd .7 meter wing fence.

It looks like the status has been updated on Spear.

As per the last letter from developer, the valuation can only be done after the issuance of statement of compliance.
Lets hope they get it this week.
