Basically gyprock cornice, access doors on. Architraves and skirtings delivered . Our kitchen and vanities was delivered before lockup and waterproofing was done on the same day as lockup too.

No - garage door is later. Lock up is all entry doors to actual house (internal access doors from garage, laundry and front door)

Ours only had builders shelving as standard. As far as I'm aware most with butlers pantries any cupboards, drawers, benches, sinks etc are upgrades. I could be wrong tho
