The smaller ones are the standard for wall tiles, but can be used on floors with the levelling clips. Takes more care and time, hence the wxtra charges.

Depends when PCI is, guess. In my experience the best time to highlight issues is early and often. Pci goes quickly and they get 10 days to rectify the issues…

Had a win. Our SS took our case to head office and they've refunded the extra labour charge for the tiles in full. Very happy with the decision.
