Flooring started today.....

Yeah I'm pretty annoyed that halogens are fitted. 35W per fitting as opposed to 5W for LED. LED's are also a LOT cooler, so they don't heat the house up…

Unfortunately, the lights are Halogens. LED was just going to get too expensive. Can change them later. Hot water system is gas boosted solar. Was about $3,500 from memory.
