So i got a call today from my Solicitor stating that currently my land is "Under Requisition"
looking at the LPI website this means that the plans have not been accepted…

i got a call on Friday feom Aaron about our land going to LPI amd taking approx 7-10 days.
thats intetesting that your bank gave you an unconditional approv al.…

the banks will only be able to give you a pre approval before registration. i suggest that if not already have your pre approvals in place
