No we haven't had our presentation yet, they made some errors with our PCV and we've requested that they make the necessary corrections.
On other matters, the estate has been re-pegged.

The ball is squarely in EB's court to progress to construction without further delay.

They expect building approvals in two weeks thereafter will be pcv final sign-offs before release for construction so it's almost certain it will take another month. It's unacceptable.

We should be starting around April or just before.
The delay is so excruciating.
