Ok. Usually it takes 2-5 business days but It’s taking longer for stages 15B-F. I wanted to check if anyone else from stage 15B-F had same feedback from council.

In which stage is your lot?

Builder is Eden Brae Homes. They have asked me to get it from council.

Section 149(2) is required for CDC application.

Has anyone from stage 15B-F applied for Section 149(2) planning certificate from Campbelltown council? I applied last week and still waiting for the certificate. Council said still awaiting some information…

Here are the prices from next release happening tomorrow. Prices have gone up significantly.

I think eaves should be 0.45x2= 0.90 as you can't have waves in the easement.

$12000 sounds a lot.
Wasn't it covered by EBH under fixed site costs?

We are also really excited to see our lot and meet neighbours. We are in stage 15B. Anyone else here from 15B?

Just went to Willowdale office and I was told that stage 15A is still on track for July release but 15B is delayed until Aug-Sept due to weather.

That's a lot of money

We signed the contract with Eden Brae with construct to start by the end of September. They will be charging $750 per month for the delay after that.
