Hey all,
On Grand Designs tonight they are using fake bricks to cover the outside of their house - it looked so cool and means we wouldnt have to lay bricks!…

thanks middo.. i think you are partly right, just seems expensive - we got one quote for $1300 to do certification - and that doesnt include the $400 for council…

thanks roba, a draftsman did our plans for us.. he recommedned we next go to a the certifier said that the structural engineer is IN ADDIITON..

We've been told to get our plans "certified" but I'm confused - why dot hey need to get certiifed…
