$700 is nothing in the scheme of the costs of pools. I always Go with reputation over dollar savings. Otherwise you’d easily spend that money fixing a cheaper companies mistakes.

Just be mindful freestanding looks good but there’s not seal between stone and oven. So expect to get sauce, liquid etc fall between cooktop and cabinetry.
