Our SS couldnt believe how many things my partner picked up! Haha. She found things no one saw haha

Depending on the size of your house id say maybe a month. Ours took 6-7 weeks due to xmas holidays and us being picky with the touch ups haha

Finally picked up keys today!

Yeah roughly. Ours was before xmas and then after the break we had our final inspection

Yeah we did. There were a couple of things missing but we decided to do it earlier so all of the issues got sorted before we had our final inspection

Our final valuation only took 24 hours so we'll have our final inspection next week and then keys!
