Ours was 40K upgrade which doesn't include waterfall or 40mm stone. We mostly spent on electrical as its 2-storey house and kitchen and laundry cupboards.

Yes. EBH does exposed brick garage as default. I have seen builder like MDJ put gyprock. But I like the exposed garage look personally.
