I'd guess this is zero boundary, which from memory means the wall needs to be 100mm off the boundary line (not exactly zero).
But zero boundary or not, I would think…

- H-Class slab
- 25 degree roof pitch
- Moroka finish on facade
- AHD Survey
- Landscape…

I don't know what the actual law is regarding this, but really the owner of the land should be liable. In this case, Investa was the owner at the time…

Not to mention the traffic also going the other way in the mornings. Some days the cars turning right from Brickmakers to Newbridge Rd, just banks up and causes cars…

You have Davo's on Nuwarra Rd (Italian) .. Decore is terrible, but the food is great.
Sugar and Spice Thai at Moorebank shops. Not a lot of tables for dine in.…

I think it comes down to the inspector when they do your final inspection as some people have mentioned here that they had to follow the plan exactly and others…

Sorry about the delayed response.. yes they installed on the requested day. Deliveries came early and were installed shortly thereafter. I would assume it depends on the tradies schedule, but…

That's a lintel. It goes in before the bricks, so the bricks have somewhere to sit. All openings should have one. I "assume" the ones he is referring to are…
