singalg No, I am tracking my DA approval but there isn't any update in a while. I am assuming it will be towards end of January. Yes, the only dependency was Hydraulics design. For demolition process, I havn;t started yet - but noticed another signed board today for homedemolitions.com.au and will be requesting a quote from them. I believe they will assist with council approval - but not sure. Will check with them.
