They're not exactly budget builders, but Coral Homes are amazing value. But someone like Metricon might be better for cheaper options

I don't want to shatter your dreams, but being realistic, if you want a basically completed 2 storey-home you'd be looking at more like $250-$280k depending on your personal selections.
