As above. Currently have a 315L Sanden Eco Plus. Never ran out of hot water - family of 4.
Has an internal timer - set to run between 8-4 using solar.

I personally think pivot door are over the top, as you said a bit impractical having a small useless section and poor insulation. I’m pretty happy with a 920x 2040…
