How can you consider a building properly inspected and certified if the inspectors and the industry isn't properly regulated? Doesn't that mean that all of the checks they are doing are just a show? Who even sets the standards then! Shouldn't we need to ensure that this particular section of the market is a little better governed by a board or something?

I honestly would not even know what a dangerous tree looks like much less how to bring it down, but I think that it's really great that there are such resources on the internet to teach you what to do when you come across a circumstance like this because, hey! You'll never know when it's going to happen right!
