The blinds are not a massive issue, will just get sorted after handover. The sun screen ones were meant to be recessed and the blockout ones flush fit.

Got in yesterday and was good to see some tradies on site. Painting started, eve boards done, doors done.

Few more updates, just paid fixing. Tiny bit of brick work to finish off, internal doors up and hopefully the kitchen is kicking along when I drop by this weekend.
