It’s an elevation drop from the buried down pipe. Sorry for the confusion. It would be another 2.5 meters to top of down pipe.

Sorry - I meant to include those. 1:20 ARI is 220mm/h and total roof area is 900m2. There are actually two x 225mm each one going to a separate tank.…
