Thankyou. Paths are 700mm wide sloping away from the slab, so the run off goes into the garden. Distance from our house to fence is 1.3m. We went with Sharps…

Yes we did the garden's ourselves, had to nail some board to the bottom of the fence as the gap was quite high so the soil wouldnt go next door.…

Thanks. Oh the secret garden just not happening, developer said they were doing all the corner fences and ours on stage 10 still not done but all in stage 11…

We removed all downlights from our Burbank build and don't regret it at all. Our home feels so much more homely with pendants and lamps. If you can afford double…

Yes that was our thoughts too trying to keep things low maintenance. We prefer look of timber so we went with timber look tiles.

Talk to Burbank, they are fantastic. They were the only ones that could help us with a custom build for a corner block.
