Good news...the building permit came through today

Finance approval - Dec 2012
Colour selection - Dec 2012
Pre-start - Dec 2012
Building contract signed - Jan 2013
Land settled - Mar 2013

We are building our first home with DAH in Signature circle, Meadow Springs. Would like to hear from anyone building there.
