We built with Fairmont too and slab went down july 16th 2012 and we had handover on the 19th feb which ended…

We had our PCI on Tuesday and get the keys Wednesday YAY!
Tilers are back doing the flooring and should be don later tomorrow for us:)
Carpet will hopefully go in…

Is this easy enough to do and if so where do you buy the aircon from if you dnt want instalation too?

Hi we are currently building with fairmont and about 4 weeks till handover we have so fae been very happy with them:)

Tiles are going in in the bathrooms now walls of ensuit nearly done, kitchen done and floor of main bathroom done, laurndy prep ready to be done:)

Yes the bricks arent finished as we had a hold up due t the front bricks being cracked so the brickies went to finish another job while that was sorted…
