PODS^® understands that moving is a stressful time, that’s why we are diligent in making sure that your moving expectations are met. The following is what you can expect when moving with PODS^®:

1. After you’ve placed an order for your PODS^®® moving container(s) you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details and a link to your account allowing you to accept your PODS^® agreement online at PODS^®.com.
2. You will receive an automated SMS the evening prior to your delivery date providing you with a three hour delivery timeframe for your empty container(s).
3. Our driver will call you when they are en route to deliver your PODS^® container.
4. Take as long as you need to load your container(s).
5. Call us when your container is loaded and ready for pick up.
6. You will receive an automated SMS the evening prior to your pick up date providing you with a three hour delivery timeframe for your container(s).
7. Our driver will call you when they are en route to pick up your container(s).
8. You will receive an automated SMS the evening prior to your redelivery date providing you with a three hour delivery timeframe for arrival.
9. Our driver will call you when they are en route to redeliver your full container(s).
10. Take as long as you wish to unload your container(s).
11. Call us when you are finished and we will pick up your empty moving container(s).

Storing your belongings should be convenient and stress free. With PODS^® you can either leave your storage container on-site at your location or we can store it in one of our secure local Storage Centres. The following is what you can expect when storing with PODS^®:

5. Leave your storage container(s) on-site for easy access or call us and we’ll driver your container(s) to one of our secure Storage Centres.
6. You will receive an automated SMS the evening prior to your pick up date providing you with a three hour delivery timeframe for your container(s).
7. Our driver will call you when they are en route to pick up your container(s).
8. If you require access to your container while in storage, call 24 hours in advance of your desired access time.
9. Simply give us a call if you require your container brought back to your location and we’ll arrange to have it redelivered.
