Richmond Terrace Renovations

Our company was awarded a contract with builders Project Seventy7 to repair and replaster a major renovation in Richmond Terrace, Richmond.
A new renovation to an existing Victorian terrace has some challenges.
All plaster cracks and electrical chases in the existing building were repaired and plasterboard applied to the new section. Large drummy walls of the existing building were removed and re rendered. The combined shower and toilet were lined with wet area plasterboard.
The merging of the old and new sections was done successfully. This once run down property in prime realestate has emerged and caught up to todays modern living standards. The value of the new renovation is a sound investment.
