Smallest Home lift we installed in Sydney
The available space for the successful lift project was 750mm, which seems to be beyond chance, but it turned out well.
The Air30 only requires a 32″ floor hole cylinder making this an adaptable, compact and cost-effective option for townhouses and other tight spaces where a traditional lift would not be viable.
We are excited to offer such a great product that will help so many people!
Limited tight space for small lifts
Many people are unaware that if you live in a townhouse or any other two-story house with limited space and no place for an elevator, installing a small lift is still feasible. Smaller than traditional home elevators the Air30 will fit into tighter spaces and adapt well with smaller homes as long as they have enough holes drilled into their floors.
Air30 Home Lift
No pre-construction pit, hoistway or machine room required
Designed as a compact and cost-effective alternative to taking the stairs, and is ideal for townhouses and other tight areas where a traditional residential elevator wouldn’t even be a consideration. Only requires a 32″ finished through floor hole for the elevator cylinder.
Rather than requiring a large elevator shaft, this self-contained home elevator rests on the existing ground floor and provides a beautiful panoramic view as you travel from floor to floor within your home. During the ascent or descent, you will enjoy cool, ambient temperatures as a cabin fan circulate the air in the cabin and an LED light keeps the cabin lit.
