MBWA Awards 2017

On the last weekend of February, some of our staff members represented Impressions the Home Builder at the Master Builders WA Housing Excellence Awards 2017.
With great pride, we share with you our award for the evening:
The 2017 Master Builders WA Display Home $200,000 - $220,000 for the Aristocrat in Wandi.
'The Aristocrat was designed with first homebuyers and growing families in mind. It offers a well-balanced mix of spacious living and entertainment areas, as well as four generously sized bedrooms providing enough space to unwind and entertain. What makes the Aristocrat a true favourite is the elegant simplicity of its front elevation that captures the eye, coupled with the versatile layout of its floorplan, designed to suit a 12.5m frontage lot.’
The Marlow in Kwinana was also a finalist for the Display Home $240,000 - $260,000.
‘The Marlow’s elevation features a contrast render and elegant tiling of the portico. The open-plan living zone provides a great space to entertain family and friends while the kitchen includes premium 900mm Smeg appliances and a scullery with sink and additional storage space. A large home theatre with recessed ceiling is located at the front of the home.’
