Customer research makes the Charlton from Dennis Family Homes even better
The highly popular Charlton has undergone some fantastic upgrades thanks to feedback from the customers of leading family-owned builder Dennis Family Homes.
The design of the Charlton 260, which is now on display at Leopold, has been updated to become the Charlton 291.
Part of the stylish Generations Series, the Charlton 291 features several improvements that will appeal to families and make this stunning home even better as Phil Shaw, Dennis Family Homes Geelong Area Manager, explains.
“To ensure our designs meet the needs of modern life we constantly undergo rigorous testing with real families. Thanks to this feedback, we have made several improvements to the floorplan of the Charlton such as adding an alfresco which is seamlessly connected to a larger meals, family, kitchen area as well as adding heaps more storage.”
The Charlton 291 is designed to suit a busy family lifestyle boasting four generous bedrooms, master with large walk-in robe and ensuite with his and hers basins, and three living areas – a games room, an open kitchen, meals and family area and a separate living room.
“The Charlton also features a double garage which opens directly into the kitchen which means putting the shopping away into the massive pantry is a breeze,” says Mr Shaw.
These clever design features are matched by the many stylish luxury inclusions now featured as standard in the Charlton 291 and every home in the Generations Series.
“Stone benchtops in the kitchen, ensuite and bathroom, a glass spashback and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, designer vanities, chrome towel rails and toilet roll holders in the ensuite and bathroom and a physical barrier termite treatment are all included as standard,” says Mr Shaw.
Another great new feature is the choice of six stunning facade options each designed to make a striking first impression.
“With a choice of six new facades such as the Esplanade with its skillion Colourbond roof which look great near the coast and the option to add features such as stacked stone and render, families can ensure their new home really reflects their individual style and taste,” says Mr Shaw.
“As you walk through the Charlton 260 display at Leopold there are pointers detailing the changes we have made to make this contemporary, family home even better, or why not ask one of our friendly Sales Consultants for a tour so you can learn all about the new Charlton 291,” says Mr Shaw.
The Charlton 260 is on display in Christies Rd, Leopold (Melways ref: 454 H12.) Also open for display is the four bedroom, two living area Hartley 280. Displays are open Monday to Friday 1-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm.
